4 eggs1 1/2 cups canola oil3 cups sugar3 cups grated zucchini2 squares baking chocolate, melted1 cup chopped nuts3 cups all-purpose flour1/2 tsp salt1 1/2 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1 tsp ground cinnamon

In a big mixing bowl beat the eggs, canola oil, and sugar until well blended. high-tail in the zucchini and the cooled melted chocolate; mix well. 3/4 cup all-purpose flour3/4 cup granulated sugar1 1/2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp salt1/3 cup + 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder1/2 cup milk3 tbsp butter, melted1 tsp vanilla extract1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar1 3/4 cups boiling water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9-inch square baking pan or dish with nonstick cooking spray; status aside.

In a medium bowl, combine the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and the 1/3 cup cocoa. Combine the milk, butter, and vanilla in a measuring cup and travel the mixture into the dry ingredients fair until blended. Spoon the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
